    The room was what we wanted, except for the bed. Have booked a double bed - had two single beds?. The buffet breakfast and dinner was very good!

    The weather left a lot to be desired - but you can't influence that. . Everything else was fine!

    It was great. The hotel is 1 A, very friendly courteous staff. Very clean, not overcrowded and great choice for breakfast and dinner. Shower and hairdryer in the room are super, not like in many other hotels. Would take this hotel right back.

    The beach directly below is small and very stony. The beach of Maspalomas is 2 km away.

    Breakfasts were tasty, and I felt like home.

    Truly enjoyed that my guest room included clean bathroom. The bed was lovely and there was free Wi-Fi. Location: the hotel was next to both Gaudi and brassiere restaurant as well as the shopping area and bus station. I found Panoramic Bar offering shots and different drinks 1 km of the venue.

    The signs at the hotel could be better. Finding one's way around was not easy in the beginning.

    Excellent service, minor room hiccup

    The lobby welcomed us with complimentary drinks, and the infinity pool had amazing sunset views. The staff's quick response to our minor issue was appreciated.

    Unfortunately, the pillows lacked comfort. They were lumpy and not what I expected for a premium hotel. A bit more attention to this detail would elevate the experience.

    Excellent service, comfortable accommodations, with friendly and helpful staff who promptly fixed our TV issue and provided refreshing mineral water and chocolate in our room after arriving on bicycle.

    The large room was very calm and offered a nice view. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful gardens with unique plants. The swimming pools were never crowded, so there was plenty of space to relax. Excellent restaurants were close by, a great bonus!

    The room was spacious and comfy with a nice view of the sea. The bed was comfortable, perfect for a good night's sleep. Good shower pressure, which always makes a difference. Liked the little sitting area, too. It felt modern and well-maintained.
